Local chapters each have a group of members who design the chapter’s strategy, ensure alignment with the global Catalyst 2030 movement and guide the actions of the chapter to achieve its defined objectives. The group, which is made up of the chapter representatives and the Chapter Subgroup leads, meets regularly. They set the agenda for meetings that involve all chapter members, propose initiatives and action plans and keep their chapter members informed and engaged.
